Creating a productive group

Good problem-solving and decision making is not only a key success of the group, but it allows the group to accomplish more, come up with ideas, and even walk away with a sense of purpose and moral. however, getting the group to work productively isn't always easy.

individual accountability is important for a productive group because when it comes to problem-solving it important that everyone in the group shares his or her point of view to solve the problem efficiently. 

if you want a group/business to succeed you need to have a productive team that can execute and brainstorm ideas at any given moment.

the productive group don't just happen randomly, is a result of strong leadership.
